RainLoop CyberPanel Password Changing Plugin

This plugin adds password changing capability to RainLoop webmail for servers running CyberPanel web panel software.

Installation is simple:
  1. Download the file change-password-cyberpanel.zip.
  2. alternative git clone https://github.com/hifihedgehog/change-password-cyberpanel.git
  3. Extract and place the change-password-cyberpanel folder in your RainLoop plugins directory (e.g. RainLoopDir/data/data_xxxxx/_default/plugins/*).
  4. change permissions via ssh: chown -R lscpd:lscpd change-password-cyberpanel/
    NOTE: [user/group] by default is “lscpd:lscpd”
  5. In RainLoop administration panel, go to Plugins and activate change-password-cyberpanel.
  6. Enter CyberPanel’s SQL user details on the plugin configuration screen.

find the folder for Rainloop in cyberpanel + openlitespeed

/usr/local/lscp/cyberpanel/rainloop

/usr/local/lscp/cyberpanel/rainloop/data/data/default/plugins

On the new version of cyber panel, the default rainloop admin pass is set to a random pass, we can find it under the file /usr/local/CyberCP/public/rainloop.php
as following

$oConfig->SetPassword(‘RANDOM_ADMINPADD’);

To access admin panel, use URL of the following kind: http://product_installation_URL/?admin

Default login is “admin”, password is “12345”.
